United Kingdom recognises Palestinian State: British PM Starmer delivers a video-message

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer shared a pre-recorded video message on his YouTube channel and other social media, in which he announced that the United Kingdom officially recognises the State of Palestine. The UK becomes the 148th of the UN’s 193 member states to recognise Palestine, collectively known as the occupied Palestinian territories.
