Super Typhoon Ragasa heads towards Hong Kong and southern China | BBC News

Hong Kong has grounded hundreds of flights and shut schools and businesses as it braces for Super Typhoon Ragasa.

Some 370,000 people have also been evacuated from Guangdong province in southern China ahead of what is this year's strongest storm.

Ragasa barrelled through parts of the Philippines’s northern provinces on Monday, forcing thousands to evacuate their homes.

China's meteorological agency has called it the "King of Storms”, and Ragasa is expected to move towards northern Vietnam in the coming days, potentially affecting millions of people.
