European leaders pressure Russia and the UK: Putin’s response to the ceasefire is insufficient

The UK's Prime Minister is accusing Russian President Vladimir Putin of intentionally delaying a 30-day ceasefire proposal with Ukraine.
In a virtual meeting with European leaders, Keir Starmer said a so-called "coalition of the willing'' will draw up plans to help secure Ukraine.
That's if a peace deal is reached with Russia.
