Israel-Hamas indirect talks: 'What we've been witnessing, over the past week, is a blame game'

Israel and Hamas prepared for indirect negotiations in Egypt on Monday (October 6). How close is the Gaza war to ending? Is this time different from previous ceasefire negotiations?
