PM dodges question on Ukraine peacekeeping force | Ukraine War

Sir Keir Starmer says Vladimir Putin must show he is serious about ending the war in Ukraine.

Speaking after a virtual meeting of the so-called "coalition of the willing", the prime minister accused the Russian leader of "delaying tactics" and said he would have to come to the negotiating table "sooner or later".

However, he dodged a question from Sky's deputy political editor Sam Coates about how effective a peacekeeping force in Ukraine would be.
