What we know about the deadly fire at a nightclub in North Macedonia | DW News

At least 59 people have died in a fire at a nightclub in North Macedonia. More than 150 others were injured when flames tore through the venue in the town of Kocani, east of the capital, Skopje, at around 3 am, local time on Sunday. Several hundred people, most of them young adults, were packed into the Pulse nightclub for a hip-hop concert. Authorities say the club's licence was forged.
