What is preventing progress in land negotiations between Thailand and Camdbodia? | DW News

Tensions have risen at the Cambodia–Thailand border over disputed land in Ban Prey Chan village. Cambodian homes now lie within Thai-marked territory, and some residents have been forced to leave their homes or lost their jobs. Locals have called for peace while ASEAN observers have monitored ceasefire violations, concerned about another outbreak of regional instability.
