Epping sex offender believed to be in London after accidental prison release

There is growing anger and a demand for answers after an asylum seeker who was jailed for sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Epping was released from prison by accident.

Sky News understands Hadush Kebatu was being released from HMP Chelmsford as he was due to be immediately deported.

His arrest for the sex assault triggered weeks of protests outside the Bell Hotel in Essex this summer.
