Gaza’s damaged buildings pose deadly risks for returnees and rescuers

In Gaza City, Palestinians returning home after months of war are facing new dangers. Damaged buildings and unstable structures threaten to collapse at any moment. With minimal equipment and limited international assistance, many rescuers and returnees are searching through rubble with their bare hands, putting their lives at risk.
