Hadush Kebatu: What we know as manhunt continues for wrongly-released migrant sex offender

A police manhunt is underway after an asylum seeker who sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl in Epping was mistakenly released from jail.

A witness told our national correspondent Tom Parmenter that the Ethiopian national was outside the prison for at least ninety minutes.
