Is Britain running out of water?
An expert is warning that without "fast changes" the UK could run out of drinking water in the future.
The first seven months of 2025 were the driest since 1976, with reservoirs across England only 56.1% full on average, according to the Environment Agency.
By 2050, the government says that England could face a shortfall of 5 billion litres of water every day.
