Family of schoolgirl sexually assaulted by Kebatu 'infuriated' by ordeal

The father of the schoolgirl sexually assaulted by Hadush Kebatu in Epping in July says his family feels "massively let down and infuriated" by the migrant's accidental release from prison.

In a statement read by Epping Forest Councillor Shane Yerrell this evening, he says Kebatu being released from HMP Chelmsford on Friday due to a system failure was "unbelievably irresponsible".
