France's Brigitte Macron harassment trial : 'Since when has it been a crime to make a joke?'

On the second day of their trial in Paris, ten defendants face charges for harassment ,claiming that Brigitte Macron was born a man. The accused deny the charges, insisting their comments were satire or jokes. 'Since when has it been a crime to make a joke?', one defendant argued. The comments could lead to two years in prison.
