Hundreds of patients put at risk after report into suspended surgeon found multiple failings

The report into a suspended surgeon at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, found missed opportunities and multiple failings that created a prolong risk to patients.

Former patient's mother Lynn Harrison said, "it feels like they would rather protect their reputation and the face of the hospital, and protect their job than put my child first".
