Survivors flee el-Fasher: Emerging reports of terror, rape and violence

‘No one is safe in the city of El Fasher'. That's the warning issued by the United Nations Security Council, in an emergency session on the worsening situation in Sudan's Darfur region. It comes as international outrage mounts over the mass killings of civilians.
