Mark Carney says he apologized to Trump over ad run by Ontario's premier
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said he told Ontario's premier not to run an anti-tariff ad that prompted U.S. President Donald Trump to end trade talks with Canada. Carney also confirmed he apologized to Trump during a dinner at the APEC summit.
