Southport killer's brother: I feared he would kill our dad

Axel Rudakubana's brother has told the Southport Inquiry he feared Axel would kill their fatther, claiming his parents had 'lost control' of him.

Dion Rudakubana told the inquiry his younger brother's behaviour escalated from when Dion was around 15.
