Philippines begins cleanup as Typhoon Kalmaegi death toll hits 85

Typhoon Kalmaegi has killed at least 85 people in the Philippines as it lashes the western islands.
It made landfall on Monday, displacing hundreds of thousands of people from their homes.

Al Jazeera’s Barnaby Lo reports from one of the worst-hit areas in Talisay, in the province of Cebu, Philippines.
