Ukraine strikes Russian oil refinery near Moscow following drone attacks | DW News

Ukraine says it has struck a Russian oil refinery near Moscow in retaliation for a wave of drone attacks on Kyiv and other cities. At least seven people were killed in the Ukrainian capital when Russian drones targeted power and water infrastructure, as well as residential areas. The UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has condemned the attacks as violations of international law.
