The Analogue 3D claims to be the ultimate no-compromise Nintendo 64 experience for a modern TV, recreating not only the N64's chips, but also three classic CRT experiences modeled on screens like the storied Sony PVM. Even with an actual PVM for comparison, I can't say it's the *best* way to play N64, but it passes my rose-tinted glasses test! It feels like how I remember it feeling, and it makes me (and my kid!) want to keep playing more. Is that worth $250? I'm tempted!
