Marco Rubio on Russia-Ukraine peace talks: 'Probably the most productive day'

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said high-stakes talks in Geneva were "very worthwhile" as top U.S. and Ukrainian officials make progress towards a peace deal. However, Rubio noted that any final product will still have to be presented to Moscow.
