US, Ukraine announce ‘updated & refined’ framework to end Russia’s war, but scepticism persists
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says any deal to end the war with Russia needs to strengthen his country, not weaken it.
He made the comments while addressing Sweden’s parliament saying more work is needed to achieve real peace.
It comes a day after talks in Geneva with US and European officials to thrash out Washington's so-called 28-point plan.
