Using frozen Russian assets to fund Ukraine "the only viable option", says Dutch FM | DW News
We start with NATO's latest efforts to support Ukraine. Alliance Chief Marke Rutte says a majority of members states have agreed to provide nearly three-and-a-half BILLION euros in new aid, saying that NATO cannot falter in its commitment to Kyiv.
Meeting in Brussels, alliance foreign ministers agreed to purchase vital US-made equipment, including air-defense systems. The gathering comes after US and Russian delegations meeting in Moscow failed to make a breakthrough on efforts to stop the war.
