Doctor Who star Jodie Whittaker on arts representation of people living with disabilities

A new short film called Truckload follows the story of Lizzie, a young woman who survives a near-fatal traffic accident that leaves her with a disability.

The film is based on real-life experiences of its writer and star, Evie Jones. The narrative explores her challenging recovery and the impact of her life-changing injuries.
