Heathrow boss apologises for shutdown but defends response
The chief executive of Heathrow Airport has described the scale of today's power outage as "as big as it gets".
Thomas Woldbye said the power loss was equivalent to that of "a mid-size city".
He says "we are coming back fast", considering the thousands of systems involved, but only "very few flights" would leave tonight. Mr Woldbye said "we expect to be back on full operation" tomorrow morning.
