Christmas in Bethlehem: City lights up tree for first time in two years

Bethlehem has lit up its Christmas tree for the first time in two years. Palestinians gathered in manger square outside the Church of the Nativity. The tree went unlit for two years due to Israel's genocide in Gaza, and continuing Israeli assaults on Bethlehem and other cities in the occupied West Bank.
