Zelenskyy on reasons behind delay of potential mineral deal with US

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Thursday that a potential mineral deal with the U.S. is taking time because "the terms constantly change." Zelenskyy also stressed that Ukraine is committed to securing a deal.
