A journalist was accidentally added to a group chat in which US officials were planning military strikes.

The group included US Vice President JD Vance, defence secretary Pete Hegseth, national security adviser Mike Waltz and director of national intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.

Sky News' James Matthews asked American voters how damaging this breach could be for the president as well as what they think of his second term so far.
