Trump's 'Liberation Day' tariffs leave Germany's carmakers bracing for more pain | DW News
Germany's car industry is preparing for yet more tariffs from the US. President Donald Trump has said he will announce retaliatory tariffs later today that are expected to have a global impact.
He had already slapped a 25 percent import tax on cars exported from the EU to the US, as well as tariffs on other European exports.
The European Union has warned that it has a "strong plan" to retaliate against the US trade measures.
