Former armed forces minister, James Heappey joined Sophy Ridge on the Politics Hub.

Sophy asked first for his reflections on what we're seeing in regard to the US, Ukraine, and global politics.

He replied: "I'm watching with a sense of despair and growing gloom, because I sort of feel like the world order is changing in front of our very eyes this afternoon."
