Russian missile strike kills at least 19 in Ukrainian president's hometown

Ukraine has declared three days of mourning after a deadly Russian missile strike hit Kryvyi Rih, the hometown of President Volodymyr Zelensky. At least 19 people were killed, nine of them children. Russia claims it was a precision strike targeting Ukrainian military personnel. However, President Zelensky says a ballistic missile struck a children's playground in a residential area.

Al Jazeera’s Zein Basravi reports from Kyiv.
