Uncertainty reigns about whether President Donald Trump will ease up on his trade war, which is scheduled to kick into a higher gear after midnight, with 104% levies on Chinese goods due to come into effect. Gavin Bade, trade and economic policy reporter at The Wall Street Journal, says that "we're looking at a very very big economic dislocation happening tonight" and that China is likely to escalate further.
