US and Russia exchange prisoners in second swap since Trump took office | DW News

Russia and the United States exchanged prisoners on Thursday, the second such swap since US President Donald Trump returned to the White House as the two countries push for closer ties. The prisoner swap took place in Abu Dhabi.
