'Horror', 'consternation' across Ukraine following deadly strike • FRANCE 24 English

Two Russian ballistic missiles slammed into the heart of the northern Ukrainian city of Sumy on Sunday, killing 32 people and wounding more than 80 in the deadliest strike on Ukraine this year, the Kyiv government said. Citing local authorities, FRANCE 24's Gulliver Cragg said more than 20 residential buildings have been damaged, with one reduced to rubble. “There’s great horror and consternation across Ukraine” regarding the strike, Cragg added.
