Colombia yellow fever: Spike in deaths prompts national health emergency

Colombia has declared a nationwide health emergency after a spike in yellow fever deaths.
Dozens of people have died this year, and health officials are worried about virus spreading into new areas of the country.
Now the government is promising to vaccinate the entire population within the next two months.
