Nuclear talks move forward as Iran, US agree to third meeting next week

Negotiations between Iran and the United States over Tehran's nuclear programme are set to resume next week in Oman.
The second round of talks wrapped up in Rome on Saturday - officials from both nations characterised them as 'good and constructive'.
