Pope Francis greets crowds at the Vatican

Pope Francis has greeted the crowds at Vatican City on Easter Sunday as he continues to recover from a life-threatening battle with double pneumonia.

In front of the main altar for the service, Francis waved to applauding crowds, before briefly talking.
