Former foreign secretary Dominic Raab has told Sky's Sophy Ridge that the West is in a 'race against time' with China.

He also said that he believed 'access to critical minerals is what will define our geopolitical future,' as the mineral expert spoke about the global economy and gave his thoughts on Trump's approach to Ukraine.
