Peace talks: Initiatives to end war hit sticking point

Diplomatic initiatives to bring peace to Ukraine are in full swing amid ongoing hostilities, with Russia saying the talks narrowed differences on ending the war.

But Ukraine and its allies warn that as long as Moscow bombs cities and kills civilians, any peace deal is out of reach.
