Beit Lahia authorities try to reopen roads in Gaza

Beit Lahia's municipality has started clearing rubble from streets - in a bid to reopen roads and allow people to return to their homes. Israel has allowed some heavy machinery to enter the strip, but only a small fraction of what's needed.
