Power grid failure paralyses Spain and Portugal, stranding passengers and halting trains

A major power cut has hit Spain, Portugal and part of southwestern France, affecting millions of people.
France has also reported outages in southern areas near the Spanish border.
The blackout has cut power to trains, airports, and other transport infrastructure.
It’s also affecting mobile phone networks.
