Spain and Portugal hit by nationwide power outages | DW News

Large parts of Spain and Portugal, including their capitals Madrid and Lisbon, have been hit by power outages on Monday. Spain and Portugal held emergency Cabinet meetings as evacuations from some public spaces were underway. It is not yet clear what caused the blackouts.
