The producer of the Until Dawn movie has revealed why the writers decided to move away from retelling the game's story.

Speaking to Newsbeat's Tom Richardson and BBC News's Mel Ramsay, the producers and two stars of the movie revealed their inspirations for the movie and how they felt it compared to the game.

Ella Rubin also revealed how they used prosthetics over CGI to make some of the more gruesome aspects of the movie.
