Mark Carney defiant as he addresses Canada after election win

Mark Carney's Liberals have won the election in Canada, after a monumental comeback.

In a victory speech in Ottawa, Mr Carney said: "President Trump is trying to break us so that America can own us - that will never, ever happen. We will fight back with everything we have to get the best deal for Canada."
