UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer arrived in Washington on Wednesday, where he will meet US President Joe Biden to discuss Ukraine's war. Britain's Prime Minister has pledged to raise UK defense spending to 2.5% of gross domestic product by 2027, saying Europe is in a new era of insecurity that requires a 'generational response.'
