Detainees at Texas migrant facility send SOS

Detainees at the Bluebonnet immigrant detention center in Anson, Texas, spell out a message to the outside world: S-O-S.

The facility is where Venezuelans at the center of a U.S. Supreme Court ruling are being held. Dozens of Venezuelan detainees were given notices by immigration officials that alleged they were members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua and subject to deportation under a wartime law.

The families of seven detainees interviewed by Reuters said they were not gang members and that they refused to sign the document. 🔗 Read more at our link in bio.
