FRANCE 24's Noga Tarnopolsky reports from Jerusalem as hostages' families denounce Israel's plans to expand its operations in Gaza as a vote to "kill and abandon the hostages". The plan emerged on the same day that Israel’s military said it carried out airstrikes against Houthi rebels in Yemen’s Red Sea city of Hodeida.
