US air traffic control upgrade: Plan to revamp ageing system after series of mishaps

The Trump administration says it will upgrade the ageing air traffic control system across the US, after a series of near misses.
It says it's also trying to hire more air traffic controllers, despite laying off hundreds of aviation employees in February.
