US says it's open to alternative plan for Gaza aid, talks held with Netanyahu

The Israeli military has blocked aid from entering Gaza for more than two months -- including food, water and medicine. Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says he's spoken to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and that Washington is open to coming up with an alternative plan to allow desperately needed supplies into the Strip.
