The world's media are in Istanbul in anticipation of peace talks between Ukraine and Russia.

President Zelensky has said he's sending his defence minister to negotiations, but Moscow has sent a lower-level delegation to Turkey.

If discussions between the countries do happen, is this progress? And are we on the path to peace?
